ClangToSageTranslator::applySemanticAuxiliarySourceRange

Publish a physical Clang range as provenance for a declaration that is already owned by a typed semantic auxiliary container. This records no lexical source‐owner edge and retains the physical coordinates only as frontend semantic identity.
