SageBuilder::buildGeneratedFunctionParameterList

Build an independent generated prototype signature from an existing parameter list. Default arguments remain owned by the source declaration; the result contains fresh transformation identities with the same names, types, pack roles, and qualification metadata. This is the generated‐source counterpart to buildSemanticFunctionParameterList().
