SageBuilder::buildSemanticNonrealType

Build a semantic non‐real dependent type (optionally with template arguments). Every structurally owned located template‐argument node must be unclassified or already have exact compiler‐generated semantic provenance. Internally a SgNonrealDecl is also built.
