SageBuilder::rebindCopiedSourceFilePhysicalIdentity

Commit the physical identity of a parsed source‐file copy. The source file must still identify the primary file it was parsed from. Positions owned by that primary file are rebound to newFileName. Positions originating in included files retain their exact physical provenance. Incomplete, shared, or mixed source ranges are hard producer errors.
